When I was trying to live a healthier life, I just focused on the diet. But it was not helping. Later, I realized healthy living is not a destination. It’s the way of life. So I did not make any revolutionary changes but small rigorous changes.

1. Maintain healthy relationships

Healthy relationships are equal to a healthy life. Studies show that relationships with family and friends affect our physical health and emotional well-being. Healthy relationships result in higher self-esteem and lower the risk of depression and negative emotions. 

According to a recent study, positive and healthy relationships will not only make you happy, but it is also the best recipe for a longer life.

2. Do not boil yourself in anger and sorrow 

Bad mood weakens the immune system, causing the body to become more vulnerable to various kinds of diseases, and anger causes severe stress in the body, and this damages the cardiovascular system and respiratory organs. 

For a long time, I did not know how to deal with anger and sorrow. I just wanted to scream and felt like there was emptiness all around.

Through writing, you process the reasons for your anger and have more control and understanding of yourself. I love this trick, and it works for me.
